The Fraser’s Edge was created by Olympic Champion and Coach Steve Fraser.

Steve Fraser was the 1984 Olympic Gold Medalist in Greco-Roman wrestling in the 198 lb weight class. Fraser's gold medal was the first Olympic medal in Greco-Roman wrestling. Fraser has served as coach of the US Greco Roman team since 1997. 2000 Olympic Gold medalist Rulon Gardner credits Fraser's instruction as a large part of his wrestling success. The year Fraser competed, the USA won 9 Gold Medals in wrestling, the largest in a single Olympics since 1896.
